Maintenance Project Manager
We require a new Project Manager based at our busy premises in Chepstow to join our growing maintenance department.
You will liaise internally with our design, manufacturing and installation departments and externally with contractors and clients representatives to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget.
You will need to be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will need to write reports, risk assessments and method statements. You must be capable of organizing site labour and logistics, managing several projects concurrently and also of winning sales and estimating.
Although you will be mainly office based from time to time you will attend external meetings and visit construction sites to review progress and accordingly you will have a full driving licence. Some construction tickets would also be useful.
