Special Structures Project Manager

Your primary role will be to project manager within our ‘Special Structures’ team, leading projects from enquiry through to production, assisting and advising the client with their design, converting into manufacturing drawings and administering the job to meet programme.

The ideal candidate will have AutoCAD or similar design package experience, have good project management skills and be capable of interpreting technical drawings with a good head for mechanical engineering principles. However, training time and resources will be available for training and developing the right candidate.

A brief outline of your responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients on design, detail and materials

• Producing budgets and project costings

• Producing fabrication drawings

• Arranging and attending project meetings

• Assisting other design departments
