C G Arrow Office Hypars
When C G Arrow had problems with glare within their office they needed an option which would reduce the brightness but still retain light within the space.
After being approached by the building contractors, Architen Landrell proposed the installation of two standard hypars which, created from a PVC glass mesh, would allow light into the area without the glare.
The hypars were fabricated in Chepstow and transported to Guernsey where they were installed above the reception desk of the refurbished office. They provide throroughly effective solar shading and a bit of architectual finish to the design!
