After coming both first and second in last years Monmouth Rotary Club Raft Race, the staff at Architen Landrell are once again setting sail in a bid to retain their title!

The annual race, which raises money for St Davids Foundation Hospice in Newport, sees hundreds of teams from local businesses, clubs and social groups travelling six miles down the River Wye on self-made rafts.

The Architen Landrell staff will this year compete in the Mens category, as the six strong team brave the rapids, crocodiles and dangerous currents of the English countryside.

The company wish them the best of luck, and will be there to celebrate with the team as they cross the finish line in Whitebrook!
