Project Manager

We are expanding and looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic projects team.
Every day is different but generally you will:
- Be the main point of contact for your project clients
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to successfully deliver projects
- Organise site labour, equipment and logistics
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements for all site work
- Write condition reports based on inspections carried out by both our in-house team and external resources
- Carry out estimates for remedial works identified during inspections
- Ensure project costs remain within budgeted figures where possible
- Ensure customers are given highest levels of service and maintained as loyal clients
- Organise, track and maintain client information in the company database
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English, adaptable to a wide variety of audiences and styles
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Experience with Autocad and Bluebeam would also be an advantage.
- Some project management experience.
- An aspiration to work in one of the most creative industries in the architectural world
- A positive attitude and a desire to work in a demanding yet sociable environment

Business Development Manager

Architen Landrell are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Business Development Manager to join our team.
Every day is different but generally you will:
- Identify new opportunities from a range of sources including our internal database.
- Approach potential customers by phone, email and face to face to discuss maintenance requirements, monitoring and replacement.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Talk, negotiate, meet and deal with facilities management contractors and building owners to discuss contract and commercial terms and close the deal.
- Coordinate and assist in the proposal process.
- Ensure customers are given highest levels of service and maintained as loyal clients.
- Organise, track and maintain client account and contact in the CRM database.
- Win projects!
- Hand over cost and commercial information to project and design teams.
- Travel across the UK and around the world.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English, adaptable to a wide variety of audiences and styles
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Experience with Autocad and Bluebeam would also be an advantage.
- A history of delivering quantifiable results in a BDM role preferable.
- An aspiration to work in one of the most creative industries in the architectural world
- A positive attitude and a desire to work in a demanding yet sociable environment

Sales Manager

Architen Landrell are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Sales Manager to join our team.
Every day is different but generally you will:
- Talk to architects, designers and consultants about their early-stage ideas and how to realise them; leading the customer to a design which meets their requirements and can be delivered by us.
- Form strong and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Meet with external design and project teams to discuss and present everything from initial ideas to technical details.
- Estimate costs from drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical details.
- Prepare quotations and tender package responses, including organising and delegating tender elements within the team.
- Talk, negotiate, meet and deal with Main Contractors to discuss contract and commercial terms and close the deal.
- Win projects!
- Hand over cost and commercial information to project and design teams.
- Travel across the UK and around the world.
What we need from you:
