Architen Landrell was thrilled to be recognised at this years Enfield Design Awards for two of its projects!
The bi-annual event is celebrated to encourage awareness of good building design and to highlight the impact well designed buildings have on the local people. The ceremony was held this year at the Enfield Civic Centre on 24th January and attended by Architen Landrells Head of Sales and Marketing Brian Nicholson.
Architen Landrell has been involved in several exciting projects in Enfield in the past couple of years including the bus station at Edmonton Green and Word Wall at the Palace Exchange Shopping Centre which were honoured at the Design Awards.
The fabric canopy at Edmonton Bus Station, which was completed in 2006, is an iconic structure for Enfield and was Highly Commended for improving the visual quality of the Borough and making an outstanding contribution to Enfields built environment.
The work of Architen Landrells Lighting Division was also recognised as the Palace Exchange Word Wall was presented with the Chairmans Commendation. The wall, which is entirely a lighting installation and includes no fabric, uses colour changing LEDs to wash the wall with colour and brighten up the space.
Architen Landrell would like to thank and congratulate all those who were involved in the project and we look forward to the next project in Enfield!
