Architen Landrell was thrilled to discover this week that housing development project, Tabard Square, was proclaimed “Major Housing Project of the Year” at the Building Awards 2008!

In 2007, Architen Landrell installed a large sail canopy at the housing development which provided a striking centrepiece to its Long Lane entrance.

The award was open to all house builders, developers and architects who completed a large development in the UK consisting of at least 100 new units. Tabard Square battled against several laudable entries to take the prize and Architen Landrell would like to congratulate everyone else who was involved.
