Special thanks to Jackson Hunt, Head of Design, The Building Centre, for inviting Architen Landrell to participate in We Made 2012. We Made 2012 celebrated venues of the Olympic Games and those that contributed to make it happen. Architen helped deliver both the Water Polo Venue and the Aquatics Centre.

Architen ‘dressed up’ the display tables in the conference by wrapping them in recycled fabric mesh from the Aquatics Centre (seen in photo).  Tables were used to showcase models of the venues from the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The event was very informative, demonstrating how important temporary fabric venues are for the successful delivery of large scale events.
